Will my data be secure?

Yes. Connections to your data sources and destinations are SSL encrypted by default. Our connectors require only READ permissions. For data sources that by default grant permissions beyond read-only, our connectors (from Fivetran) will never make use of those permissions. Our platform (AWS QuickSight), is a secure platform with multi-region availability and built-in redundancy.

The effectiveness of the platform’s security is regularly tested and verified by third-party auditors as part of the AWS compliance programs. To learn about the compliance programs that apply to Amazon QuickSight, see AWS Services in Scope by Compliance Program.

What information do you need to build my dashboard?

We need access to the platforms. We use highly secure connectors from Fivetran to connect to your platforms and collect the relevant data.

What do I get for free?

The Campaigns package is free. Here we provide reports from Google Ads, Google Analytics, Facebook, Bing and Linkedin. In case you need additional reports, we can build them for you at additional cost

Once I stop using the dashboard, what happens to my data?

Once an account is closed, all data is deleted.

Will you be able to make changes to my Google, Facebook or Linkedin campaigns?

No. We require read-only access to the platforms. In case you want us to help you optimize your campaigns, we will request edit access

What if I need certain custom reports?

Please submit your requirements using the “New Request” section

I want to upgrade to Campaigns+CRM

You can request for an upgrade using the “New Request” section within your workspace

I want to upgrade to Lead to Revenue

You can request for an upgrade using the “New Request” section within your workspace

Can you help optimize my PPC or SEO campaigns?

You can sign up for our digital marketing services packages using the “New Request” section within your workspace

How much will additional reports cost?

There will be a fee based on the complexity of the report. When you request a report, our experts will give you an estimate of the effort. Our charges are $150/hr.

How do I connect Facebook Ads?

For providing us access, please access the Ad Account tab in Business Manager and click Assign Partner.

How do I connect Linkedin Ads?

How do I connect Google Ads?

Position2 has initiated linking of your Google Ads account to Position2 Client Center.

Please approve access

  • Sign in to your Google Ads account.
  • Click the settings"Settings" icon and select Account settings.
  • Select Account access from the navigation bar
  • Approve the request and provide "Standard" access

How do I connect Google Analytics?

For providing us access, please follow the below steps

  • Sign in to Google Analytics.
  • Click Admin, and navigate to the desired account/property/view.
  • In the ACCOUNT, PROPERTY, or VIEW column (depending upon whether you want to add the user at the account, property, or view level), click User Management.
  • Under Add permissions, enter the email address for the user's Google Account. Please add CompanyName.Dash@position2.com
  • Select the permissions as "Read & Analyze".
  • Select Notify this user by email to send a notification to each user you're adding.
  • Click Add.
